Poland – Family Diaries – House finances – “House Expenditure Book January 1910”
Hello everyone,
My family diaries are extensive, some family members wrote down their experiences and impressions of life, but they are rather personal, with no strong historical context.
But I would like to show everyone a financial curiosity, in memory of posterity and for self-education – this is how our ancestor kept a book of home expenses in the early 20th century – a selected card – January 1910:

And so through all the months of 1910 and 1911, and earlier since 1905.
If the National GA.PA allows it, it can put all the pages in the gallery, but there are several dozen pages of this, and this can only be for connoisseurs and lovers of history.
But let even this 1 page give us a taste of the life of Polish families at the beginning of the 20th century.
